The University and the City
On May 29, 2014 Meric Gertler, the President of the University of Toronto, gave a speech to the Toronto Board of Trade outlining his vision for how the relationship between the university and the city can and should be strengthened going forward. Local IDEAs hopes to play a small role in implementing this city-building agenda.
